Notice – Member Meetings – November 28, 2026

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING & ANNUAL MEETING:

On November 28, 2026 the Annual Meeting will be at 2:00 pm at the Bicentennial Theatre, #12390 Hwy. 224, Middle Musquodoboit.

If you are not able to attend, please send your e-Proxy (see e-Proxies below).

Registration is from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm (you must register before the meeting to attend & vote; no admission unless registered before 2:00 pm).

e-PROXIES – YOUR DIRECTORS WANT YOUR SUPPORT:

If you are not able to attend the meeting please support the Directors by providing them with your e-Proxy.

It is easy – just send an email to contact@mvrrc.ca and in the “subject” line of your email please put “Proxy for Nov 28, 2026”. In the body of your email please include your name (as it appears on your membership card). Your e-Proxy will then be used at the meetings to support the Directors and your Club.
