Who Qualifies
Any active member of a law enforcement agency recognized by the MVRRC. Currently, the MVRRC recognizes active members of the RCMP, the Halifax Regional Police (HRP), other municipal police agencies and the Canada Border Security Agency (CBSA).
If you are a member of another law enforcement agency and wish to be recognized for a Law Enforcement membership, please contact the MVRRC President.

Low Cost of Membership
MVRRC offers a discounted rate for Law Enforcement members (currently $80/year).
Access 365 Days to Multiple Handgun & Rifle Ranges
Law Enforcement members have unlimited access 365 days a year to the MVRRC’s ranges, including 7 handgun ranges and 6 rifle ranges. The member decides the time and day they shoot at the MVRRC.
Guests & Family
Law Enforcement members may bring friends and family to the ranges, to enjoy our sport.
Safety Briefing
All members of MVRRC, who have unlimited access 365 days a year are required to attend a safety briefing. This allows Law Enforcement members the benefit of a full membership when joining MVRRC.

A: Yes & No; when attending MVRRC on duty, Law Enforcement members have additional privileges; when attending MVRRC off-duty, Law Enforcement members are treated the same as other members
